Fine Art prints are produced using PermaJet Fine Art papers, these papers are Lignin free and combined with the UltraChrome inks provide an expected life of the prin in excess of 50 years.
The prints are available on two types of material, an artist style textured matt material which is a 300gsm 100% cotton rag with neutral pH or an 300gsm silk smooth finish. Both materials comply to Giclee standard for FineArt production. The artist material best suits images such as wildlife, landscapes and similar where as the silk smooth best suits high impact images such as motorsport. For portrait and studio images involving skin tone we select a portfolio paper which ensures complementary skintone, this paper is also best for wedding images which have a high degree of whites and skintones. All fine art prints are available in either material as requested. We would recommend that all prints me mounted behind glass and in which case the artist material is the prefered choice. Fine Art prints are limited to a total of 50 prints of each image, irrespective of the material selected, each print is individually numbered and signed by the photographer and comes with a certificate of authentisity. These prints are available in the single size of 12" x 18", which represents the image size. When mounted these are brough upto a size suitable for a 24" x 18" frame.
All fine art prints are provided as a fully matted print using concervation material selected from the Arqadia range of mount boards. Arqadia is a market leading British company of high repute. The image is presented in a bevel mount, the standard colours of mount are a neutral grey or gallery white by customer request.
This Fine Art PermaJet material is an acid free pH neutral mould made material. This ensures an exceptionally high quality print which when combined with the pigment inks produces a long lasting durable product. A higher weight of material when compared to our stock material expecially for Fine Art.
A specialist Fine Art PermaJet acid free pH neutral material again ensuring an exceptionally high quality print which when combined with the pigment inks produces a long lasting durable product. This material has a semi gloss finish producing vibrant colours with a sheen. This combined with it's high resistance to scratches makes it ideal for applications where the image is not being framed behind glass.
